Objective:

Repackaging of Oil Field Equipment for an Oilfield Drilling Company. Cargo being  transshipped via
UAE.

Challenges:
  • Shipment was offloaded and detained at a UAE Airport due to damaged packing rendering it “Not-Air-Worthy’
  • Client assigned Peeraj to Repack & Air freight the consignment to its final destination.
  • Time Frame – 1 day
Course of action:
  • Peeraj accepted the challenging assignment and put its team in action.
  • Meticulous planning, detailed action plan and micro level follow up to obtain special approvals, airside access and permissions to carry out repackaging resulted in timely completion of job.
  • The consignment was reinspected to ensure airworthiness and sent on the next available flight
